Thomas Duncan Nutting

Thomas "Thom" Duncan Nutting born January 15, 1951. Husband of Karen (nee Forbes) Nutting. Father of Brandon (Katy) Nutting, currently of Columbus, OH and Lisa (Joel March), currently of Sidney, OH. Grandfather of Reid and Elin Nutting. Uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Son of the late Duncan and Ruth Nutting and son-in-law to the late Bill and Rosemary Forbes. Brother of Denny (Pat) Nutting and preceded in death by his infant brother Richard Nutting. Passed away on July 19, 2015 at the age of 64. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend with an infectious laugh. He was a passionate University of Cincinnati athletics fan, fostered during his time as a member of the Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) fraternity at UC, then becoming a Life Local Tau member. He was an avid golfer and was very involved in the Boy Scouts, finishing the advanced training course of Woodbadge. His visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23rd, 2015 at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave. College Hill 45224 from 4 PM - 8 PM with an ATO Remembrance Ceremony at 7:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Clare Church, 1443 Cedar Ave. 45224 on Friday July 24th, 2015 at 10 AM followed by burial at Arlington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for the benefit of the ATO Fraternity House renovation of Mom's Room, checks made payable to the Thom Nutting Memorial Fund c/o Bill Painter, 55 Edgewood Drive, Ft.
