Timothy Clay. Beloved husband of Mary Beth “Bethany” Bellamy (nee Pierce) for 33 years. Loving father of Charissa Eden Bellamy, Timothy Joshua Pierce Bellamy and Christian Nathanael Bellamy. Loving son of Martha Bellamy and the late Henry Clay Bellamy Jr. Dear brother of Melinda (Michael) Crain from Lexington, KY. Dear uncle of Benjamen Clay Crain, Elijah Myles Crain and Elizabeth Ann Michaela Crain. Timothy graduated from Montgomery High School in Mt. Sterling, KY in 1976 and attended the University of Kentucky earning a Bachelor’s of Political Science in 1979, a Master’s of Business Administration in 1980 and then a Master’s of Divinity and Philosophy from Cincinnati Christian University in 1985. After college Timothy served as a chaplain in the U.S. Air Force before entering the business world with his computer expertise as a highly regarded technology architect and manager for over 30 years. He was an active member of Christ’s Church at Mason and performed in worship bands as a talented musician for 35 years. Besides being a gifted intellectual he brought joy to many people’s lives with his one of a kind sense of humor. He enjoyed the outdoors as well as gardening and spending time with family and friends. Timothy was a friend to all who knew him and will be missed and loved by many and remembered for his love for the Lord. Passed away April 12, 2014, age 55. Visitation at Christ’s Church at Mason, 5165 Western Row Rd., on Saturday, April 19 from 10 a.m. until service at 12 noon.
