Timothy L. Coombs

Beloved husband of Eileen E. Coombs (nee Lockwood) for 64 years.

Loving father of Debbie Sharp, Michael (Betty Jo Gieske) Coombs and Tami (Barry) Bower.

Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Sara, Adam, T.J., Allie, Annie, Brendan and Jack.

Great grandfather of Lucas, Autumn, Ellie, Marshall and Vance.

Brother of the late Thomas (late Mary) Coombs and the late Terry (Sue) Coombs.

Tim retired from Procter and Gamble after 35 years. 

Tim and Eileen traveled the entire United States as well as 20 countries overseas.  He had a great sense of humor filled with optimism, love of family and generosity to those around him.  

Tim was an avid lover of golfing with his friends.  He had a strong passion for his faith and country.  

Tim’s strength to overcome illnesses was truly a blessing to his family as he continued the fight to the very end.

Tim passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at age 84.

Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave., College Hill, 45224 on Monday, January 29 from 10 AM until 11 AM.

Followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Little Flower Church, 5560 Kirby Ave., Mt. Airy, 45239 at 11:30 AM.
