KAMP, Toni loving mother of Amy McLaren and Heather Lindahl. Cherished grandmother of Breanna, Zachary, Joshua, Shelby and Colin. Toni loved to quilt and was instrumental in establishing the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Good Samaritan Hospital. Toni passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at the age of 72. A memorial service will be held at Good Samaritan hospital located at 375 Dixmyth Ave. Cincinnati, OH, 45220 in January 2017. The time and date will be announced through the TriHealth network and personal phone calls. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation-Friends of Nursing or Newborn Intensive Care Unit. Condolences at hodappfuneralhome.com
