Hoelker, Trever Michael
Beloved boyfriend of Lindsay Silva. Cherished son of Jeff Hoelker and Caren Hoelker (nee Green). Loving brother of Brian (Megan) Hoelker and Kyle Hoelker. Dear grandson of William Hoelker & the late Jean Hoelker (nee Schaffer), and the late John & Barbara Green (nee Watson). Proud uncle of three nephews. Also survived by numerous cousins, relatives and friends. Trever passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at age 30.
Trever lived life with a huge smile and an open heart. He was an amazing friend, a kind stranger, and a self-proclaimed Momma’s Boy. Trever was always active and enjoyed both playing and watching sports. An avid and unwavering Bengals fan, Trever always had high hopes for the Bengals and loved making it to games and tailgates with his friends. He loved the outdoors, especially when he was golfing, fishing for bass, taking walks, and hiking. He enjoyed gambling at the casino and horse tracks (sometimes with Grandpa), parlay betting, and was a Left-Right-Center enthusiast.
Trever was a natural leader. He was a confidant and peacemaker to his friends throughout his life and never shied away from letting people know he loved them. Trever was the life of the party and you could always find him laughing, entertaining, and dancing, especially at weddings. His Grandpa referred to him as "The Politician" and said you couldn’t out talk him. He had a love for animals and recently became a cat dad to 2 kittens.
Trever went to St. Xavier High School and then to Xavier University for his BS in Finance and MBA.
He met the love of his life Lindsay at Fifth Third Bank and they were planning a future together in Denver, CO.
