Trevor N. Coffman passed away November 16, 2018, at the age of 20. He is survived by his mother Robbin Coffman (nee Harris) and his three siblings, Taylor, Tanner, and Tucker. He is also survived by his grandmother, Evelynn Harris, Uncle Rick (Cara) Ahlvers, Aunt April (Dave) Boeger, all from Illinois, Uncle Jim (Joan) Coffman of New York, Uncle Tony (Ellen) Coffman of Massachusetts, Aunt Paulette Yiambilis of Pennsylvania, Uncle Nick (Sarah) Coffman of Florida, many cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Dr. Chris Coffman, Grandfather Herman Harris, Grandfather Theodore Coffman, Grandmother Evangeline Coffman, and Grandmother Ethel Coffman.
Trevor graduated from Lakota East High School in 2017, where he was a member of the boys’ varsity soccer team all four years of high school.
Trevor was passionate about physical fitness. He enjoyed spending time with friends as well as fishing, hiking, and doing other outdoor activities.
Trevor’s goal in life was to serve his country as an Army Ranger. He entered Basic Training Boot Camp in March 2018, where he received the Army Achievement Medal and finished top of his class in physical training. After graduation from Basic, he also graduated from Airborne School and from the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program (RASP).
Trevor will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 2, 2018, at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, Liberty Township, Ohio 45044, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 3, 2018, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, followed by an interment at Mound Cemetery in Monroe, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Shepherd’s Crook or Give an Hour.
