Great grandmother of Jonah Vollat and Leah Vollat. Sister of Joan (the late Allan) Osterbrock and the late Winifred (Frank) Baldock. Godmother of Peg Baldock. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Velma passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the age of 97.
