HIBBS-PUCKETT, VERA (nee Helscher), beloved wife of the late Harold Hibbs and Ray Puckett, dear mother of Janet (Curt) Busick, Brad (Kim) Puckett, Joyce Papia, Barbara (Rob) Hagee, Wesley Puckett and Christine Patterson, step-mother of Jimmy and Jay Hibbs, also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, sister of the late Orville (Irma), Roy, Wilbur and Ralph Helscher. Passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016, age 89. Longtime member of Reading Lockland Presbyterian Church and operated a day care center in Hartwell for many years. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Tuesday, March 29, 2016, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Cincinnati Assoc. for the Blind, American Heart Assoc. and Hospice of Cincinnati.
