Vicki King

We are sad to announce the passing of Vicki King, a devoted mother, grandmother and highly successful optical sales manager on Monday, March 18, 2024, at the age of 66 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Vicki is survived by her daughters, Jessica Means (Gary Means) and MacKenzie Jones (Alex Jones); her grandchildren, Sawyer and Stella Means and Adrian and Myles Jones; her partner, Jeff Shaw; and her siblings, Sandy Hall, Patty Gillette, Gail Clark, DeeDee Sweet, Rocky Swogger, and Janie Carrera.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred & Helen Smith and her siblings, Melanie Woods, Richard Smith and Kurtis Swogger.

She loved cooking, entertaining, sitting poolside, reading, and traveling to spots like Scottsdale, Arizona, Napa, California, and many beaches. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with a wonderful group of friends who she loved like family.

To honor Vicki King's memory, we are holding a celebration of their life on Friday, March 22, 2024, from 3pm to 5pm at Hodapp Funeral Home Liberty Township at 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Road, Liberty Township, OH 45044. We invite anyone who knew her to attend and remember her wonderful life.
