Virginia Tye King, 91, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Golden Years Homestead in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born in Cincinnati, Virginia was a lifetime resident there until 2001 when she moved to Ft. Wayne to be closer to her daughter and family. She was a member of Northminster Presbyterian Church in Cincinatti. She is survived by her daughter, Judith (Jerry) Witte of Fort Wayne, IN; sons William (Janet) King of Tenafly, New Jersey and Steven (Patti) King of Dublin, Ohio; grandchildren Nicole (Scot) Roseveare, Stephanie King, Kelly (Ben) Tippmann, Jill (Tom) Kenny, and Thad Novak; and five great-grandchildren. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, H. Ellis King; and sisters Delores Kuehn and Marcella Murphy. Service is 11:30am, Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6041 Hamilton Ave, College Hill, with calling an hour prior to service. Burial in Arlington Memorial Gardens, Cincinnati, Ohio.
