HALEY, Wanda, born in Bracken Co., KY, to Elmo and Effie (nee Inkso) Haley, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019, at the age of 90. Mother of the late Michael Haley, grandmother of Sapphire (Chester III) Cullen and great grandmother of Aurora Cullen and Chester Cullen IV. Sister of the late Ernseine Bare and Geraldine Quackenbush. Aunt of Wayne (Ruth) Bare, Dale (Peggy) Bare and Larry (Linda) Bare. Visitation at Mission Baptist Church, 7595 Montgomery Rd., Kenwood, 45236, Saturday from 10 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m.
