Waylon Otto York

Waylon Otto York passed peacefully in the arms of
his mother January 20, 2022. He weighed 1 pound
6.6 ounces and was 10 1/2 inches long.
He was born at 1:49 a.m. and took his last breath at
2:15 a.m. he lived for 26 full minutes.
Waylon was the son of Dewayne and Shelby York
(Lykins) of Goshen, Ohio.
His paternal grandparents are Trisha York of
Cincinnati Ohio and Jerry York of Cincinnati Ohio.
His maternal grandparents are Don and Tammie
Lykins of Newtonsville, Ohio.
He is survived and loved by his Aunt Macayla Lykins
and Uncles Donald Lykins Jr., Dustin Lykins and
Kevin York and many great aunts, uncles and
cousins.
Waylon was greeted by his big brother in heaven,
Colt Dewayne York who passed on February 10,
2020 and his Great Grandparents along with other
loved ones.
He is so loved and will always be our boy.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday January 25,2022 from 5 P.M. until the time of funeral service at 6 P.M. at Hodapp Funeral Home in Carthage, 7401 Vine St, Cincinnati, OH 45216.
