William “Bill” Roll

ROLL, William N. “Bill” Beloved husband of Deborah Roll (nee Powell). Loving father of David (Lourdes) Roll, Debora (Greg) Mersch, Douglas (Diane) Roll, Darrin (Linda) Roll, and step son, Scott Powell. Cherished grandfather of Jason (Marcee) Wilburn, Kadie Gabringer, Amy (Chad) Watkins, Christopher (Alexa) Roll, Kelly (Jake) Burns, Nick Roll, Jacob (Meera) Roll, Lauren (Zach) Thomas, Samantha Roll, Andrew Roll and Tyler Rapien. Devoted great-grandfather of Max and Miller Wilburn, Luke and Leo Gabringer, Harper Haller, Jackson, Austin and Mason Watkins, Douglas, Caleb and Cameron Roll, Evelyn, Vivian and Boone Burns, and Addyson Rapien. Dear brother of Betty Weber. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Bill retired from the St. Bernard Fire Department after 33 years of service. He was a Navy veteran and was always willing to help anyone in need of a hand. Bill passed away on October 17, 2024 at the age of 87. Visitation will take place at St. Clement Church 4536 Vine St., St. Bernard, Friday, October 25th from 9:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11am.
