William "Bill" Roy Wheeler

William “Bill” Roy Wheeler, beloved husband of Carolyn A. Wheeler (nee Austin). Loving father of Tracy (Jackie) Cates, Martha (James) Spears and Kelly (Gordon) Hammerle. Caring grandfather of Leah (Brandon) Miller, Lydia Cates, Malachi Hammerle, Jesse Cates, Trevor Spears, Levi (Meredith) Hammerle, Olivia Spears, Michaiah Hammerle and Lily Hammerle. Also survived by his great-grandchildren “his buzzards” Titus, Elias, Abel, Marcus, Isaiah and his little hummingbird coming next month Moriah Joy. Bill was a Veteran in the United States Army. He passed June 4, 2022, at the age 79. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 3 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 5 p.m. Burial will take place Friday, June 10, 2022, 9 a.m. at Dayton National Cemetery.
