William C. Fischer

William C. “Bill” Fischer, 83, of Maineville, died Saturday, March 15, 2014. He is survived by his devoted wife of 34 yrs., Joan L. (nee McAninch). Nieces, Christina Fischer-Osterling (Gary), Theresa Fischer-Lampl, Great nieces, Kelly Johnson, Brittany O. McClure (Jack), Elizabeth (Nick McGinnis) and Laura Osterling, Jennifer, Sarah and Kimberly Lampl. Beloved In-laws, Walter and Geri Severance, Nephew, Jason Severance, Niece, Cindy S. Mizer, (Jeffery), JJ and Courtney Mizer. G-Paw to Emery McClure, Ethan Osterling and Jaxon McGinnis. Cousins and a host of friends. An Avid outdoorsman, Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially at Walloon Lake, Mi. He was a member of the NRA, Fairfield Sportsman Assoc., and B.U.F.F. (Fly Fishers). Bill was preceded in death by his parents, F.A. and Ethel Fischer, brother, F.A. Fischer, Jr. and wives, Cora Mossmyer and Carrie Covington. A gathering to celebrate the life of this “man’s man” will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014, at the Norman Chapel, Spring Grove Cemetery from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 11 a.m. Memorials may be made to Walloon Lake Assoc., P.O.
