William Howard Phelps

PHELPS, William Howard.  Born October 31, 1938 and departed for heaven on January 14, 2016 at the age of 77.  Beloved husband of 57 years to Dixie Lee Phelps (nee Dalton).  Loving father of Alisa Morgan, Brian Phelps and Michelle Ashford.  Dear grandfather of Erik Tyler Morgan, Jimmie Lee (Jennifer) Ashford, Kristen Rae Morgan, Justin Paul Ashford, Michael William Ashford and the late Andrew Conner Phelps and great-grandfather of Zoey Ann Ashford.  Loving brother of Geneva (Ron) Von Bargen and the late Eugene Wise Phelps.  Uncle to numerous nephews and nieces.  Also survived by a host of friends.  Visitation at Winton Rd. First Church of God, 6200 Old Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014, Friday, Jan. 22, 4-8 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 23,  from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m.  Memorials may be made to the church.
