William J. Marcum, Jr.

MARCUM, William J. Jr., beloved husband of the late Mary E. (nee LeRoy) Marcum. Dear father of Gregory W. Marcum, Douglas A. Marcum, Debra (Thomas) Ohmer and Kimberly (Donald) Williams. Son of the late William J. Marcum Sr. and Vergie Mae Marcum. Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Brother of Betty Mae (Robert) Knapp, and the late Luella Kearns and Virginia Lugo. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Passed away Monday, October 14, 2013 at the age of 86. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday, October 18th from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. Mr. Marcum proudly served his country in the South Pacific in WWII. He was a member of North Bend Lodge #346 F&AM Cleves, Ohio and was also a member of the Scottish Rite. Memorials may be directed to: Vitas Hospice or the American Heart Assoc.
