William K. South

William K. South, 79, passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 in Liberty Township.  He was the husband of Victoria. They shared 34 years of marriage together.  Born in Fairmont, West Virginia, he was the son of Donald and Cecilia South.  He graduated West Virginia University in 1963.  He had a 36-year career as a Heat Transfer and Anti-Icing Engineer at General Electric Aircraft Engines in Evendale, Ohio and continued in his retirement at Belcan.  He was passionate about all things WVU and the Lakota School District with all five children.  He enjoyed carpentry, WVU football, and travelling the world.  He will be remembered for his brilliant mind, kind heart, and ability to problem solve.  He is survived by his wife: Victoria; his children: Jon (Deborah), Michael (Cheryl), Alexander (Ashley), Brianne (Joshua), Cameron; and grandchildren: Leah, Natalie, Julianne, Christopher, Thalia, Logan, Sophia, and Leah.

Memorial Service will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45044, on Sunday, March 28, 2021, from 1 PM until time of funeral service at 3 PM.
