William "Bill" Martin

William (Bill) Martin, 73, of Cincinnati, OH, peacefully passed away on November 1st, surrounded by loved ones, after a difficult battle with Leukemia. 

In 1995*, he met Barb, the love of his life, at the Back Porch Saloon. Barb and Bill were married in 1998* and enjoyed 25 years together, vacationing to beach towns devouring fresh seafood, cheering on the Bengals and loving on their two young grandchildren. Bill was passionate about motorcycles and cars and was fortunate to turn his skills into a lifelong career. He was fascinated by Native American culture and had driven across the country many a time, exploring and discovering the western landscape.  You could find him at the Back Porch upon his return, regaling his friends with highlights from his trip, with the wonder and excitement of the experience sparkling in his eyes.  Bill could often be found by his smoker, seasoning a brisket to perfection.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Martin, step-son, Adam Curry, daughter-in-law, Chelsea Curry and grandchildren Amira and Cole Curry. There will be a Celebration of his Life on November 18th, 2023 at the Back Porch Saloon from 1-3pm. The event is open to anyone that wishes to celebrate his life.
