William F. Ojeda
December 18, 1956 — July 7, 2023
William “Bill” Frederick Ojeda of West Chester, Ohio suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl Ojeda (nee Purkiser) of 36 years, his son Jordan Ojeda, and stepchildren Grant (Lesley) Ferguson, and Breena Ferguson (Jason Colturi). Brother of Jill Ojeda, Lisa Ojeda and Steve (Dianna) Ojeda, and uncle to several nieces and nephews. He is the grandfather to Jack (18), Sophie (15), Josie (5), and Adrien (4), who all loved their playful and generous grandpa.
Bill grew up in Price Hill and graduated from Elder High School. He was a skilled athlete who played baseball and basketball through high school, in social leagues, and with his kids. He worked hard to provide for his family and prioritized family vacations. Even if times were tough, Bill and Cheryl took their kids on mini vacations to nearby spots. Bill was always willing to lend a helping hand. If you know Bill you likely benefited from his quiet support and generosity.
A memorial service will be held for Bill at Hodapp Funeral Home located at 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069 on Thursday, July 20th from 4:30-6:00 pm, with a funeral service beginning at 6:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
