Winifred Mary (nee Rich) Donnelly, beloved wife of 52 years to the late John Thomas (Jack) Donnelly. Died Thursday, May 24, 2018 at age 85. Born April 1, 1933 to Clyde and Elizabeth Rich in Hamilton, OH. Oldest sibling to Tom (Jean) Rich, the late Ann (Jerry) Hoeven, late Dan (Joan) Rich. Winnie was a 1951 graduate of Hamilton High School and worked at Armco Steel until her marriage in 1956. She later worked as a librarian for Hamilton County Public Libraries and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center Library. She was a lover of music, accomplished classical pianist, art, history, gardening, walking, and reading, and especially loved playing with her grandchildren. Jack and Winnie enjoyed the Cincinnati Pops and Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and were long-time subscribers. In her retirement she volunteered as a docent at the Sharon Woods Heritage Village Museum. She leaves behind daughters Mary (Mike) Bennett, Ann (Tom) Hamm, Sharon (Dan) Bohlen, and Michelle (Gregg) Knue plus grandchildren Jonathan (Nicole) Bennett, Jennifer, Stephen, and Patrick Bennett, David (Jacqueline) and Sean Hamm, Sarah (Ben) Reigle, Katie and Peter Bohlen, great-grandchild Charlotte Bennett, and sister-in-law Beatrice Donnelly, plus many beloved nieces and nephews and dear lifelong friends of Mockingbird Lane. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 2 from 9 AM until Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 East Kemper Road, Cincinnati OH, 45249.
