In Loving Memory of Our Sweet Zoey Kay.
Zoey Kay Fugle was welcomed into heaven to be with Jesus on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025, at the age of 4 with her loving parents by her side, following a 2-and-a-half year battle with leukemia.
She arrived in this world on March 14, 2021, in Ogden, Utah. Zoey brought incredible spunk, sass, silliness, joy, and empathy into our lives with her sweet smile, enthusiastic laughter, and tender care. She lived life fully, excitedly embracing every fun opportunity and bravely enduring every challenge she faced.
She was a devoted mommy to her multitudes of baby dolls, whom she lovingly fed, dressed, potty-trained, and tucked in several times a day; she loved to have dance parties with Tydus, her dog Henry, and her dancing cactus. Zoey’s favorite reads included Baby Beluga, Good Dog Carl, Dino Snores, Toot, Little Yellow Bee, God Made Nature, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. She also enjoyed talking, crafting, splashing in muddy puddles, baking with her mommy, and swinging as high as possible when her daddy pushed her on a swing. In the last nine months, she perfected the role of best big sister to Tydus. Zoey often reminded us of her dreams to grow up to be a nurse, ice cream shop owner, and mommy.
Zoey is survived by her parents, Joshua William and Emily Kay (Evans) Fugle, little brother, Tydus, and grandparents Patricia (Babcia) Fugle, Ronald Fugle, and Steven (Papa) and Ruth (Ama) Evans. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles, Luke and Karla Fugle, Gabrielle Fugle, and Sam Evans. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends and family who knew Zoey and her parents are invited to wear casual, colorful attire (tie-dye, Hawaiian shirts, and spring colors encouraged) and attend a Celebration of Life service for Zoey to be held on Saturday, April 12th at 11am at Center Pointe Church, 5962 Hamilton Mason Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45011.
